📦 Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The product must be unused and in original condition
    • It must be returned with original packaging
    • A valid proof of purchase is required

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (not due to transit)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if applicable)

🔁 Replacement Policy

We offer replacements in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong item

📌 Please report such issues within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing images/video for verification.

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within:
    • 5–7 business days (for prepaid orders)
    • Store credit or bank transfer (for COD orders, if applicable)

🚚 Return Shipping

  • In case of damaged/wrong product → Return shipping is free
  • In case of customer-initiated return → Shipping charges may apply
